Using Progress Monitoring in a Response to Intervention Model
This webinar was presented on October 25, 2006 by Cindy H. Goldsworthy and Joe McFarland from the Derry Township School District in Hershey, PA. In the district, all K-5 teachers and students participate in progress monitoring in reading, and beginning this year, progress monitoring will be used with 6-8 grade students who are performing below benchmark. Learn how this district has implemented its progress monitoring model, including how they have trained teachers, communicated with families, used the data collected to make instructional decisions, and improved overall student achievement. --
